Patricia Campbell is an award-winning artist many times over with watercolour as her medium of choice. She has had no formal training in the arts. As a child she enjoyed the rare art classes at school and has always pursued to learn more by taking workshops, participating to various paint outs and reaching out to other artists. New techniques, different mediums, whether it be acrylics or oil, she enjoys trying them all but remains true to watercolours. The Cornwall and surrounding area has and continues to offer her a wide spectrum to tantalize her intuitive imagination with scenes that she captures by brush on location. Her artistic outings supply her with continuous challenges of Still Life and of Portraiture paintings. . Several of her paintings can be found in private collections across Canada and in the United States. Just recently, one of her landscapes was acquired to decorate the office of MPP Jim Brownell at Queen's Park in Toronto Ontario. Patricia's home studio is located in the beautiful St-Andrews West in eastern Ontario. She shares her knowledge and her passion for the arts by being a volunteer with the Focus Art Association as President, thus continuing to give to her community.
